These terms and conditions define the rules for using the online store available at bardzoprzydatne.pl \/ veryusefull.eu and the rules for processing orders placed through it.<\/p>\n        <p>1.2. The Store is operated by:<\/p>\n        <p class=\"shop-name\">Very Usefull<\/p>\n        <p><strong>Email:<\/strong> <a href=\"mailto:Bardzoprzydatne@gmail.com\" class=\"email-link\">Bardzoprzydatne@gmail.com<\/a><\/p>\n        <p>1.3. The Store conducts distribution activities, allowing Customers access to a wide range of products offered by external suppliers, without the need for the Store to store them.<\/p>\n        <p>1.4. Goods offered on the Store website are shipped directly from foreign suppliers' warehouses to Customers. By placing an order, the Customer becomes the importer of the goods and is responsible for all customs formalities and taxes related to import, in accordance with applicable regulations, unless the supplier uses the IOSS (Import One Stop Shop) system, where VAT is collected in the product price. The Store does not make customs declarations nor act as the Customer's representative.<\/p>\n        <p>1.5. The sale of goods by the Store is not subject to VAT in Poland, and the place of taxation is the country of origin of the goods, in accordance with applicable tax regulations, unless the supplier uses the IOSS system. In such case, VAT is settled in the product price and remitted by the supplier to the appropriate tax authority in the EU. The Store informs the Customer before placing the order, in a visible place on the website (e.g., in the shopping cart), whether the price includes VAT settled via IOSS, or whether the Customer is responsible for settling VAT and any customs fees at the customs office.<\/p>\n        <p>1.6. The Store cooperates with foreign suppliers and logistics partners to fulfill orders.<\/p>\n        <p>1.7. The Store reserves the right to introduce restrictions on the availability of the offer for specific customer groups or regions, about which the Customer will be informed before placing the order.<\/p>\n    \n        <!-- ===== 2. REALIZACJA ZAM\u00d3WIE\u0143 ===== -->\n        <h2><span class=\"section-number\">2.<\/span> Order Fulfillment<\/h2>\n        <p>2.1. Products available on the Store website are offered based on cooperation with foreign suppliers.<\/p>\n        <p>2.2. After the Customer places an order and makes full payment, the Store forwards the order to the appropriate supplier, who prepares the product and ships it directly to the Customer. Unpaid orders within 3 business days may be canceled by the Store.<\/p>\n        <p>2.3. The Store's order processing time is up to 7 business days, counting from the day after the payment is recorded. The final delivery time depends on the supplier and the Customer's location and may range from 4 to 45 business days, which the Customer accepts by placing the order.<\/p>\n        <p>2.4. The Store is not liable for delivery delays resulting from causes beyond the Store's control, such as actions of suppliers, logistics partners, transport delays, customs inspections, force majeure, or incorrectly provided address by the Customer.<\/p>\n        <p>2.5. In case of a delivery delay exceeding 45 business days from the date the order was forwarded to the supplier, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and receive a refund, provided that such a request is submitted in writing to the email address: Bardzoprzydatne@gmail.com within 7 days from the expiry of the aforementioned period.<\/p>\n    \n        <!-- ===== 3. ZAKUP TOWAR\u00d3W ===== -->\n        <h2><span class=\"section-number\">3.<\/span> Purchase of Goods<\/h2>\n        <p>3.1. By placing an order, the Customer enters into a sales agreement with the Store on the terms set forth in these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n        <p>3.2. The Store reserves the right to refuse to fulfill an order in the following cases:<\/p>\n        <ul>\n            <li>Occurrence of technical errors on the Store website,<\/li>\n            <li>Errors in product descriptions or their prices,<\/li>\n            <li>Inability to fulfill the order due to product unavailability from the supplier,<\/li>\n            <li>Suspicion of violation of the terms and conditions by the Customer.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n        <p>3.3. Product prices on the Store website are gross prices, including VAT, if the supplier uses the IOSS system. In the absence of IOSS, prices do not include VAT or customs fees, for which the Customer as the importer is responsible. The Store ensures that information on the method of VAT settlement and any additional customs costs is clearly provided in a visible place (e.g., in the shopping cart) before placing the order.<\/p>\n        <p>3.4. The Store reserves the right to change product prices without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders already placed and paid for.<\/p>\n    \n        <!-- ===== 4. ODPOWIEDZIALNO\u015a\u0106 SKLEPU ===== -->\n        <h2><span class=\"section-number\">4.<\/span> Store Liability<\/h2>\n        <p>4.1. The Store makes every effort to ensure that product information is accurate and up to date.<\/p>\n        <p>4.2. The Store is not liable for any changes in product availability after the Customer places an order, resulting from supplier actions.<\/p>\n        <p>4.3. The Store is not liable for delivery delays caused by the supplier, the logistics operator, or the Customer.<\/p>\n        <p>4.4. The Store is not responsible for the quality of products delivered by suppliers, however, it undertakes to support the Customer in the complaint process in accordance with applicable laws, including the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR).<\/p>\n    \n        <!-- ===== 5. DANE KLIENTA I POLITYKA PRYWATNO\u015aCI ===== -->\n        <h2><span class=\"section-number\">5.<\/span> Customer Data and Privacy Policy<\/h2>\n        <p>5.1. Customer personal data is processed solely for the purpose of order fulfillment and in accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations (GDPR).<\/p>\n        <p>5.2. In order to fulfill the order, Customer data may be transferred to cooperating entities, such as suppliers, logistics partners, or payment operators. By placing an order, the Customer consents to such data transfer.<\/p>\n        <p>5.3. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy available on the Store website.<\/p>\n    \n        <!-- ===== 6. BEZPIECZE\u0143STWO PRODUKT\u00d3W (GPSR) ===== -->\n        <h2><span class=\"section-number\">6.<\/span> Product Safety (GPSR)<\/h2>\n        <p>6.1. All products offered in the store meet the safety requirements set forth in GPSR and bear the CE marking, if required.<\/p>\n        <p>6.2. If it is determined that a product poses a safety risk, the Store will withdraw it from the market and notify Customers by email about the return procedure \u2013 details in the Return Policy.<\/p>\n        <p>6.3. Product safety reports should be directed to the email address: Bardzoprzydatne@gmail.com. The Store responds within 24 hours and takes actions in accordance with GPSR.<\/p>\n        <p>6.4. The Customer undertakes to follow the product usage instructions provided by suppliers to ensure safe use.<\/p>\n    \n        <!-- ===== 7. REKLAMACJE I ZWROTY ===== -->\n        <h2><span class=\"section-number\">7.<\/span> Complaints and Returns<\/h2>\n        <p>7.1. In the event of receiving defective goods, the Customer has the right to file a complaint in accordance with the provisions of the Act on warranty for physical defects (Art. 556\u2013576 of the Civil Code).<\/p>\n        <p>7.2. The complaint should be submitted immediately after noticing the defect, but no later than within 2 years from the delivery of the goods, in writing to the email address: Bardzoprzydatne@gmail.com.<\/p>\n        <p>7.3. The complaint notification should include: order number, defect description, Customer contact details, and photos of the defect (if applicable). The costs associated with returning the goods as part of the complaint are borne by the Customer, unless the Store decides otherwise.<\/p>\n        <p>7.4. Complaints will be processed within 14 business days from receiving the complete notification. If contact with the supplier is necessary, the processing time may be extended to 30 business days, about which the Customer will be informed.<\/p>\n        <p>7.5. A Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act. Details of the withdrawal procedure can be found in the Return Policy available on the Store website.<\/p>\n    \n        <!-- ===== 8. POSTANOWIENIA KO\u0143COWE ===== -->\n        <h2><span class=\"section-number\">8.<\/span> Final Provisions<\/h2>\n        <p>8.1. The Store reserves the right to change the content of these terms and conditions at any time. The current version of the terms and conditions is available on the website, and changes do not affect orders placed before their introduction.<\/p>\n        <p>8.2. Placing an order in the Store means acceptance of these Terms of Service.<\/p>\n        <p>8.3.
